If you are not happy with your purchase from scissormall.com, you can return it for a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. You must call or email first to receive a Return Authorization Number. To receive full credit (less shipping), your purchase must be returned in new condition with all paperwork and accessories (sizers, case, etc.). Refunds will be applied to your credit card 3-5 business days after the merchandise is returned and the credit is authorized. All clearance shear sales are final.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any used or damaged items. The Return Authorization Number must be included. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
