I've been in the hair salon and barbering business since the late 1970's when I received my license as hair stylist / barber. I worked full time as a stylist for 11 years then in 1987 I started the first incarnation of Over The Top representing TIGI hair care by Toni & Guy which I later merged with another distributor. I then worked for the KAO Corporation representing Goldwell and KMS for 10 years.
In 2018 I decided to start the second incarnation of Over The Top buy selling the finest quality styling and barbering tools in the Portland Metro and surrounding area (including Clark Country Washington.). I never tired of cutting and coloring hair so I still work part time in a salon. Read more>
